Service Staff

 

All Pricing listed in this package includes costs of our staff for:

- Food preperation

- Presentation

 

On site Service Staff is available at the following hourly rates (minimum 3 hours):

- Supervisor $25.00

- Servers $18.00

 

Rentals

We will be pleased to arrange your rentals (dishes, cutlery, glassware, tables, etc.)

Our fee is %15 of the total rental charge (before taxes and delivery charges).

 

Delivery

There is NO CHARGE for delivery to catered functions with staff within the lower mainland. Cost of delivery and food set-up in the vancouver area is $50.00 outside areas $75-$100. We request that any serving dishes used in the drop-off orders be cleaned by our client prior to pick-up.

 

 

Dessert Supplied by Client (including Wedding Cakes)

Our Staff is prepared to cut and serve a dessert supplied by our client. Our fee is $.50 per guest

 

Punch

We would be pleased to serve Punch provided by our client at NO CHARGE should you require that we provide the punch, a charge of $.50 per guest will apply

Payment Policy

Deposits of up to 50% may be requested.

Balance of invoice is due on presentation of invoice. Prompt payment MUCH appreciated.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

 

Our staff is prepared to cut and serve a desert supplied by our client. Our fee is $.50 per guest.
